About us
FERA comes from a deeply personal way of understanding sport.
From a real experience, a turning point and the conviction that training well can change far more than your body.
Our story
- 01
The starting point
FERA comes from Alba and her relationship with sport.
For years she worked in a demanding corporate environment. Amid long days and a lot of pressure, training became more than a routine: it was health, energy, calm, discipline and a way to feel strong again.
Sport gave her balance, confidence and community. Over time, it stopped being just one part of her life and became the heart of a new chapter.
- 02
The turning point
Alba decided to make a complete change: leaving the corporate world behind to create a project that would put everything sport had given her at the service of others.
FERA was born from that decision. Not as a trend. Not as a class studio. Not as just another centre.
But as a place where training has meaning, where everyone feels supported and where the method serves health, strength and confidence.

Why FERA exists
FERA exists so more people can experience training as something that holds them up, challenges them and transforms them.
We created a hybrid functional training centre centred on people, for people. A place where every session has a purpose, every goal matters and everyone trains from their own starting point.
FERA isn't just about training. It's about looking after yourself. About feeling strong. About coming back to you.
The team
The people behind FERA
FERA was born from Alba's vision and built with a technical direction that shares the same way of understanding training: method, closeness, high standards and care.
Alba Pavía
Founder
Alba is the origin and the soul of FERA. Her vision comes from seeing sport as a tool to build discipline, confidence, mental strength and connection with others.
After years in the corporate world, she decided to make a complete change to dedicate herself to what sport had always given her: health, energy, purpose and community.
She has lived hybrid training from the inside, competing at a high level and qualifying in the women's individual Pro category for the HYROX World Championship in Chicago.
Passionate about learning and with a calling to teach, she connects with people, listens to their needs and understands that every goal has a story behind it. FERA is born from all of that: experience, method, community and a deeply human way of supporting those who want to feel stronger, inside and out.
David
Head Coach · Technical direction
David brings FERA the technical direction that turns the project's vision into a solid, coherent programme built for progress.
His experience as a coach and head coach, alongside his work in CrossFit programming and dedicated HYROX prep, lets him design sessions with structure, intention and progression.
Before dedicating himself to training, he began his career as a data analyst. That analytical eye, paired with his passion for sport and for helping people improve, defines the way he works: understand, adapt and support.
At FERA he leads the programming and the technical approach so every class has a clear objective and everyone can progress safely, with high standards and confidence.
