How to train
Preparing for HYROX is not just running or just lifting. It is training all three at once — and that is exactly what we do at FERA.
Comfort over 5–8 km and, above all, running on legs already tired from the stations.
Mastering each movement with good form and efficiency so you don’t blow up.
Combining running and strength to simulate the real fatigue of the race.
HYROX for beginners
Thousands of people complete their first HYROX every season with no prior experience. It is not about comparing yourself to anyone: it is about your own pace. Every athlete you see at the finish line started as a beginner.

Why at FERA
As an official HYROX Training Club, at FERA you train with competition-standard equipment and method — for all levels, from the first-timer to the Pro.
